Among the low cost tablets Kindle Fire seems to be the most prominent one. Although the original tablet is yet to debut in India, Amazon has plans to launch yet another tablet.
Will it be an upgraded tablet or a tablet with all new specification with large screen size is yet to be seen. Amazon tablet has proved that there is a potential for low cost tablets apart from expensive & feature rich Apple ipads & Samsung Galaxy Tab. The original low cost tablet from Amazon cleverly integrates its content eco-system to enable users to get access to its thousands of movies, music & apps. Will the new tablet will add something new is yet to be seen.
If reports from China Times is to be believed the new tablet can be expected to ship somewhere in August or July. The new tablet will be built by Quanta, with a metal chassis and displays provided by LG and Panasonic.
