We all know that Apple Ipad is the market leader when it comes to tablet computing. Not only they have succeeded in creating a completely new niche but also also raised the standards in terms of content delivery through app store. But things can change. Word has it Amazon is going to launch its tablet by the end of November. If rumors are to be believed the tablet would feature 7 inch capacitive touch screen running a heavily skinned version of Android. It might have Cover flow-esque UI & considering that Amazon has brilliant cloud services such as Cloud Player, Video Player, App store & its world famous kindle store, it might be heavily integrated with these services. Amazon has wide reach among consumers as it is one of the worlds largest online store. Also reports have it that Amazon is willing to sell the device at less than $300 which might pose serious threat even to Ipad. Amazon is willing to sell the device at loss & recover a portion of cost through sale of apps & eBooks. Considering it has the worlds largest online book store it might be possible.Let the tablet wars begin.
