Now taking it to another level we have various Chinese manufacturers making integrated 2-din running on android for your car dashboard.
The Ca-Fi system comprises a Freescale Contex A8 i.MX5x processor running at 1.2GHz, a 6.2-inch touchscreen with 800×480 resolution, Bluetooth, USB, Android OS (specifically Android 2.3, Gingerbread), application downloads such as navigation, and a custom graphical user interface (GUI).
Android 2-Din can be installed in your car dashboard ,however since it is 6.2 inch ,you will have to be sure whether its fits into your car panel. It comes with 3G so that you can make and attend calls and also download applications from android market. This merge well with car with 4:1 audio channel support ,Reverse camera Support and GPS navigation with it. One drawback would be its screen which is not capacitive.
