Identical specifications on Lacs Magnum ‘Pepper’ is selling for Rs. 5990 plus taxes.
After testing it out, I have just bought it to take it to Canada. Buyers in India should be careful of gimmicky launching with film stars’ endorsements. Check out professional’s reviews first.

@Srinivas: Loads of brand names have launched tablets ,and with no R and D done they have just acted as normal traders. If you have bought any of these tablets ,you can share your feedback,we would happily publish it

Mr.Srinivas. Hope u hv tested both, before carrying the “Pepper” to Canada. Please pen few lines on the performance of both, as I too want to select either of one, before travelling on 24th Sep. I see a difference in the specs of SLIDE as the OS is GINGERBREAD(ver.2.3) against Peppers’ FROYO (ver.2.2) & thr processor speed of SLIDE is 1 GHz against 800 MHz of Peppers. One of the articles on the net says that UPGRADING TO THE NEXT VERSION OF ANDROID O.S IS POSSIBLE WITH 1 GHz AND MORE ..NOT WITH 800 MHz…and the Tablets with OS ver.3.1 etc on 800 MHz give a poor performance…Is it true?
