For professionals peoples of today era its almost an necessity to have an email access on the go,whether it is their mobile,tablet or personal computer ,everyone want to get their official emails address configured. So what we have to do is run before our IT people requesting them to get emails configured .However is it that difficult that you keep waiting for an IT people to come up and do this?
The answer is no,believe this technopundit its as easy as writing an email.
Now for people having any gadget be it your mobile or your tablet just get following information from your IT
1)Whether its an Exchange Server Account or Pop3 or IMAP (Believe me if you are working in descent company its going to be Exchange Server 99.99%)
2)Your email address and password
3)Domain Name
4)Incoming email and Outgoing email server address
Now look for mail or email icon.
For windows mobile users :it would be in start>messaging>Add an email account.
For Android Users : It would be applications>Email
Now just fill in the above detail which your IT gave ,wherever it is asked .Also please note while doing this you would be asked to configure email automatically or manually. Always select manually for official accounts which are Exchange server accounts normally.
So ,you agree with me that is is easy,now it all depend upon you whether you want to wait for your IT to come and configure your email or to do it yourself.I suggest the second part as we technopundit believe in experiencing technology rather then being dependent
