The original low cost tablet from Amazon cleverly integrates its content eco-system to enable users to get access to its thousands of movies, music & apps. If rumors are to be believed the tablet would feature 7 inch capacitive touch screen running a heavily skinned version of Android. It might have Cover flow-esque UI & considering that Amazon has brilliant cloud services such as Cloud Player, Video Player, App store & its world famous kindle store, it might be heavily integrated with these services. Amazon has wide reach among consumers as it is one of the worlds largest online store. Also reports have it that Amazon is willing to sell the device at less than $300 which might pose serious threat even to Ipad. Amazon is willing to sell the device at loss & recover a portion of cost through sale of apps & eBooks.
